Coming from a small rural town in southern Virginia, Sallie was accustomed to fast food restaurant options for lunch and dinner at the local pizza joint as this was the norm for everyone who lived there. Being busy playing travel sports throughout the state, health was never a priority for Sallie and convenient foods on the road were a staple in her diet for many years. Common Questions:

When are you available?

My office hours are Monday and Wednesday between the hours of 4:30-6:30pm.  However, if this does not work for you, we can schedule another time best suited for your needs.

Will you make me a meal plan?
I will never tell you exactly what you can and cannot eat. There are no “good” and “bad” foods. The program design is to allow you to choose the foods you LIKE based on the nutrition recommendations you learn that help you reach your specific goals.

What happens after the program is over?
The Dietitian will provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to continue your healthy lifestyle beyond the program. Nutrition education is at the forefront.
