Each exercise in this manual has its own recommended exercise prescription so pay attention to details! There are 3 total pages of details per exercise:
1. Description of how to perform exercise
2. Where to feel the exercise!
3. Where NOT to feel the exercise!
I highly recommend you read the instructions and look at the pictures associated with the exercise to feel the exercise where you should, or it may not do you any good! See the next page for details on my approach.
During the 1 week period, I recommend performing each of the exercises in numerical order as described in this manual.
During the initial 1 week period, I recommend performing the exercises three times a day. Yes, three times a day! Think breakfast, lunch and dinner.
